Access is exclusive to verified members of the TRUEHN Network. Membership requires entity or individual KYC and is granted through Compassion Advisors and partner issuers.

How are bonds settled?

Each bond is issued as an SPL token on Solana. Subscriptions, secondary trades, and coupon distributions all occur on-chain with sub-second finality.

What currency are bonds denominated in?

Most TRUEHN bonds are denominated in EUR, with coupon payments distributed in EUR-pegged stablecoins. Selected issues are available in USD.

Are the bonds regulated?

Each issuer operates in its own jurisdiction with applicable disclosures. The TRUEHN Network enforces transfer restrictions consistent with each offering's terms.
